Step 1: Make sure that the ANT+ USB Stick is physically connected to your computer.
Step 2: Verify that the software recognizes the ANT+ USB stick.
Log into the Spivi Home software, and navigate to the Pairing screen. Check to see that the ANT+ logo is illuminated.
– If the ANT+ logo is illuminated, skip to Step 8.
Step 3: Open Device Manager and check to see if the ANT+ USB Stick is being detected by the computer.
– To open Device Manager, press the Windows key on your keyboard, and type in “Device Manager”
– Expand ‘libusb-win32 devices’ or “Universal Serial Bus controllers” and verify that you see an ANT+ USB Stick connected
Step 4: If you do not see the ANT+ USB Stick in Device Manager from Step 2, check for any connected Unknown Devices.
Step 5: Download the necessary device driver HERE
– Right click the downloaded file, and select “Extract All” to extract the files to any directory on your computer
Step 6: Open the “ANT” folder and Right-Click the “ANT_USB_Stick_2.inf” file. Select “Install”.
Step 7: Click “OK” on the popup dialog box. Verify that the ANT+ USB Stick is now being recognized by your computer. (Step 2)
Step 8: Troubleshoot your BLE compatible device, or an external cadence sensor if applicable
Step 9: Try to pair your bike on more time
Step 10: If you are still experiencing issues pairing your ANT+ compatible bike, try positioning the ANT+ USB Stick closer to your bike using a USB extender cable.
