We are excited to have you onboard! The steps below will help you get ready to start using the service.

What is it?

Spivi Home Service allows existing members, as well as others outside of your community, to connect to your studio’s live workout sessions from the comfort of their own home
 

How does it work?

Once you complete the one-time configuration process, all you have to do is run classes as you normally would.
Spivi Home users will be able to see the open session and connect to it from their homes.
 

Prerequisites:

Audio/Webcam Test:

Once we have tested your Spivi Studio system, and verified that it is capable of hosting a session for Spivi Home users, we will enable the Spivi Home Host Service for your club so that people from home will be able to attend your live classes. These home users will use their own computers or laptops to connect to your Spivi system in real-time.

Eventually, Spivi Home users will be able to use tablets, such as an iPad, to run Spivi and connect to studios that are compatible with Spivi Home.

Important Note for Spivi Home Instructors:

In order to qualify as a Spivi Home instructor, you must abide by these rules:
– Do not use any profanity during your workout.
– Do not use copyrighted music in your workouts. As an alternative, you can use the built-in Virtual DJ from the Spivi software.
