In Game Menu
With the Spivi Home & Replay service activated, you will notice additional menu options within the Spivi software. Press the start button during a workout to activate the in-game menu:
Participant view: Selecting this icon will display the participant view screen. If there are any Spivi Home users participating in the workout that have their webcam enabled, a live video-feed of each participant will be displayed.
Toggle Webcam: Selecting this icon will enable/disable the instructor’s webcam.
Fullscreen View (webcam needed): Selecting this icon will maximize the live video feed of the instructor.
Toggle Microphone: Selecting this icon will enable/disable the instructor’s microphone.
Toggle Participants Microphone: Selecting this icon will enable/disable the participants’ microphones. Only one user can speak at a time. Disabling the participants’ microphones will prevent all members from speaking to the class, aside from the instructor.
(Spivi Arena) Video Cubes
Press the Yellow (Y) button to display your participants’ video cubes. This view will display video cubes of your members if their webcam is enabled. Their heart rate zone will also be displayed under their cube. Press the yellow button once again to view the Performance Dashboard.

(Spivi Arena) Changing the Webcam View
If you have multiple webcams connected to the Spivi Arena, press the Left Bumper or Right Bumper any time during the class to switch between your different webcams.
(Spivi Studio) Changing the Webcam View
If you have multiple webcams connected to the Spivi Studio, press the Left Bumper or Right Bumper during the pre-workout phase, or the cooldown phase to switch between your different webcams. You cannot change the webcam view during a workout. Pressing the Left Bumper or Right Bumper during a workout will change how the avatars are displayed on the screen.
Starting a Class
- It is recommended to start your class 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. This way, your participants have sufficient time to join your class.
- During this phase, you can switch between your different webcams by pressing the left or right bumper.
Warm Up
- Once you start your class, we recommend that you set your webcam to full screen mode.
- Instruct the class on the different segments and goals of the workout that are about to come up.
- Provide stretching instructions if necessary.
Workout
- Switch between the different performance views that best compliment your workout target goals.
- Use the available in-class challenges to promote competition between your members.
- Occasionally view the participant view screen to display the webcams of your home members.
- Ask the home members to send Emojis to gauge their effort level.
Cooldown
- Once the class is complete the leaderboard will be displayed for 5 minutes during the cooldown phase.
- Use the participant view screen to communicate with your home members, and ask for feedback on your workout.
Replay
- If you are satisfied with your workout, add this workout to your Replay library to allow your home members to Replay the workout at their convenience.
