Troubleshooting Sound with iOS device
If you are using an iOS device, and cannot hear any sound when using the Spivi Home app, make sure that your volume is turned up on your device.
Next, swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen to access the Control Center, and tap the bell icon to ensure that ‘Silent Mode’ is not activated.
If the above troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Spivi Home app.
Reboot your device.
Troubleshooting Sound with Windows PC
If you are using a Windows PC, and cannot hear any sound when using the Spivi Home software, make sure that your volume is not muted on your device.
Next, check to see that your default playback device is correctly set:
1. Right click the sound icon in the Windows taskbar
2. Select Sounds
3. Navigate to the Playback tab
4. Select your preferred playback device
5. Click Set Default to set your default playback device
