How to use Polar straps in a Spivi class?

 

If you are using the Polar H7, H10, OH1, or Polar Verity Sense Optical Heart Rate sensors, in order to show heart rate data on the Spivi system during class, please make sure the following settings are configured:

  • Turn off the Polar app or any other apps that are connected to your Polar.
  • Set GymLink ON (Read more information on the Polar site: Optimize the settings of my H7/H10 heart rate sensor).
  • Polar H10: Do not save the workout on the device (saving the workout back to the Polar will disable the Bluetooth transmission).
