Club administrators have the ability to customize the automated emails sent to individual clients following specific actions, including:
- Welcome email
- Referral email
- New Eligibility email
- New Voucher email
You can accomplish this by accessing the Email Settings option, located in the Loyalty Program section on the My Studio page of spivi.com.
Welcome email: This is the email sent to your members when they join the loyalty program.
Referral email: Once a member refers a friend, the referred friend will receive this email.
New Eligibility email: Upon becoming eligible to redeem a new reward, members will receive this email notifying them that they have accrued sufficient reward points for the purchase.
New Voucher email: Upon purchasing a reward, members will receive an email containing the reward voucher. To redeem their reward, they should present this voucher either to the club's front desk or to a club admin.
