Spivi App - Rewards Tab

Once a member has joined the loyalty program, they will gain access to the Rewards tab of the Spivi app.

Your Status:

• Points Available: This displays the amount of points the member has available to spend. Tapping on this number will display the entire ledger of how the reward points were earned and spent.
• Total Points Earned: This displays the amount of points that the member has earned since joining the loyalty program. Tapping on this number will display how the points were earned.
• Total Points Used: This displays the amount of points that the member has already spent. Tapping on this number will display the list of perks that were purchased in the past.

Perks:

The list of all available perks will be displayed here. 

Refer Friends:

Members can earn reward points by referring their friends. To refer a friend, the following fields must be filled out:

• Friend’s First Name
• Friend’s Last Name
• Friend’s Email Address
• Friend’s Phone Number

Vouchers:

Once a member spends their reward points on a perk, they will receive a voucher that includes a barcode. They can view their vouchers from the Vouchers section of the Spivi app.

To redeem a voucher, the member should show the voucher barcode to a club admin.
