Once a member spends their reward points on a perk, they will receive a voucher that includes a barcode.
To redeem a voucher, members should first show their voucher barcode to a club admin at your front desk.
Club admins can then apply a member’s voucher in three different ways:
1. Scan the voucher QR code, using a smartphone, and follow the steps on your phone. You must be logged into the Spivi app as a club admin in order for this to work.
2. Use the bottom barcode, and apply it to the member’s account by using the Redeem a Voucher option, which can be found within the Spivi Loyalty Program section of spivi.com. You can use a barcode scanner, or manually type in the Voucher ID into the Voucher ID field.
3. Using the Manage Club Members page of spivi.com, click on the Loyalty Program button next to the member's profile, then select the Vouchers option.
