What is SLP?
- The Spivi Loyalty Program is a rewards/loyalty system built into the Spivi fitness platform.
- Unlike many loyalty programs that reward you just for purchases, SLP rewards users based on their activity/performance (i.e. effort) in workouts.
- The idea is to incentivize engagement, consistency, and performance in classes or training sessions tracked on Spivi.
How it works
Here are key components and mechanics of SLP:

| Earning Points (SLP points) | Users accumulate “SLP points” by participating in workouts, hitting performance goals, or achieving personal records. |
| Rewards / Perks | The points can be redeemed for perks, vouchers, or tangible rewards configured by the club or operator. |
| Eligibility / Levels | There are eligibility thresholds: once a user earns enough SLP points, they may “purchase” a new perk or unlock a new tier. |
| Auto-Emails / Notifications | The system can send automated emails to members when they join SLP, when they reach new eligibility, when they get a voucher, etc. |
| Club Customization | Clubs can customize how many points are given for various activities, choose which rewards can be redeemed, and manually award points if needed. |
| Redeeming Rewards | In the user’s app (Rewards tab) they can redeem vouchers or perks using their accumulated SLP points. |
Members earn points for various actions or purchases made. These actions can include workout history, making purchases, referring friends, engaging with content, or achieving certain milestones.
The “built-in” point systems will automatically reward members with reward points, based on the activity performed. You can customize each of these values individually.
You can also create your own “custom” point systems, for example when a member makes an in-club purchase. Club admins can then reward the member manually, by using the Manage Club Members page of spivi.com.
- Navigate to the Manage Club Members page
- Search for the member by name or email address
- Click the Loyalty Program button
- Select the Add Points option
- Choose the reward that you’d like to give to your clients.
