Refer a Friend

Members can earn reward points by referring their friends. To refer a friend, the following fields must be filled out by the member:

• Friend’s First Name
• Friend’s Last Name
• Friend’s Email Address
• Friend’s Phone Number

Club admins can then convert the referrals to reward points, by using the Referrals page, which can be found within the Spivi Loyalty Program section of spivi.com.

• Click the Pending status next to the member you’d like to convert the referral for, and confirm by clicking the Yes button.
