ASF Integration

ASF is a Colorado-based tech company that provides gym management software, payment processing solutions, and customer support to fitness businesses, including gyms, health clubs, and martial arts studios. For nearly 50 years, ASF has been a pioneer, innovator, and leader in the health and fitness club software industry.

Using the integration, your members can book their classes on your website and mobile app using ASF's widgets and mobile app, Spivi then uses the ASF's schedule and booking information to log your members into their classes. Members can use the same account credentials to log in to Spivi and get their class results.

In order to integrate ASF with Spivi, we will need the following information from your ASF account:

- Site ID

Please reach out to mking@club-os.com via email, authorizing the Spivi <> ASF integration, and request for your Site ID. ASF will then ask you to sign an Authorization form.

Spivi will sync with one Room ID on ASF. If you have multiple rooms, please let us know which Room ID you want to sync with Spivi, by contacting support@spivi.com. 

Once the integration is active: 

All of your classes on ASF will be automatically transferred to Spivi.

Spivi accounts will be created for any members that book the class on ASF.
