Mindbody Integration

Mindbody is an all-in-one fitness software that provides first-rate service for your clients and the most effective business management for your studio.

Using the integration, your members will use the same account credentials to log in to book and get their class results. Using the Spivi mobile app and web widgets, your will be able to offer per-bike and spot booking.

Spivi offers a Class Scheduler widget integrated with MINDBODY, you can implement easily on your website.

The integrated Spivi and MINDBODY Schedule will allow your members to register for any of your classes, not only your Spivi classes.

Members will have the option to book your classes via the Spivi Mobile app, or directly through your website if you use the Spivi widgets, when the selected class is connected to a room with a Spivi system (Spivi® Studio, Spivi® Metrix, Spivi® 365 or Spivi® Arena). The room layout will be displayed as well, letting your members reserve a specific spot for the chosen class.

The scheduler will check with MINDBODY to see if a user has enough credits for registering. It will also let members check their current account balance, and provide the option to purchase more credits.

Your members can still book your Spivi classes through MINDBODY as well, however they will be randomly assigned a spot.

Once you have integrated with MINDBODY, the classes that you create will have to be created through MINDBODY. Existing MINDBODY members can sign up for Spivi classes using their Mindbody account credentials.

SPIVI AND MINDBODY INTEGRATION

In order to link Spivi^® and MINDBODY accounts, please follow these instructions:

STEP 1: CREATE A MANAGER ACCOUNT ON MINDBODY

1. Login to the MINDBODY and create a unique manager account on for the Spivi^® backend servers.
2. Make sure that the created account has the following permissions: 
   • Permission to access members’ records.
   • Permission to settle credit card transactions.
   • Permission to run stored credit cards.
3. Send an email with the subject MINDBODY Schedule Integration to support@spivi.com with the following details:
   • Your studio name.
   • Your studio ID on MINDBODY.
   • The username and password of the manager account on MINDBODY mentioned above in step 1.

STEP 2: ACTIVATING THE  INTEGRATION 

In order to approve the access of the Spivi^® servers, you will need to activate the integrated account.

1. Spivi^® team will send you a link with an activation code.
2. Log in to MINDBODY with your Owner account and click on the provided link while you are logged in. The integration should be set after you click on the link.
3. Send an email to support@spivi.com to inform the Spivi^® Support team once you are done.

NOTE: This step will take place once your Spivi^® system is installed at your facility. After clicking on the link, MindBody will open a window and ask for an activation code. The link we supply is equivalent to the activation code, and therefore once you click on it you do not need to add an additional code.
