Momence Integration

Momence was built to help you create bespoke experiences for every single one of your customers. We help automate your manual tasks, from taking bookings, to closing new leads, to converting intros into members, to nurturing members who are at risk of cancelling. The integration with Momence provides per-spot selection for your members and transparent connectivity between Spivi and Momence when getting your members' results in class.

In order to integrate your Momence account with Spivi, you'll need to:

• Add yourself as a Club Admin via the Manage Admins section of spivi.com.
• Reach out to support@momence.com via email, and request for them to activate the Spivi <> Momence integration on their end.
• Sign the API agreement, which can be found on the Authentication page of the API For Developers section of spivi.com

Once the integration is applied:

• Your classes must be created using Momence's platform.
• Your members will need to book their classes through Momence's platform.

Your classes and registration list from Momence will then be migrated over to spivi.com on the Events page.

Once the instructor selects any scene from the main menu (and they are within 30 minutes of the scheduled class time), Spivi will take care of the rest.

• Spivi accounts will be generated for any members that do not already have a Spivi account.
• Members will be logged into the workout automatically based on the registration list of the class on Momence.
• Members will receive an after class post workout summary report via email at the end of the workout.
