GymMaster Integration

GymMaster is gym software designed to make it easy to maintain detailed records of your members and their memberships, book classes and trainers, process and track sales, and communicate en mass with the right members at the right time.

Using the integration, your members can book their classes on your website and mobile app using GymMaster's widgets and mobile app, Spivi then uses the GymMaster's schedule and booking information to log your members into their classes. Members can use the same account credentials to log in to Spivi and get their class results.

In order to integrate your GymMaster account with Spivi, you'll need to:

• Reach out to feedback@gymmaster.com via email and request for the following information:
  • API Base URL
  • API Key
• Reach out to support@spivi.com via email with the subject "GymMaster <> Spivi Integration", and request to activate the GymMaster integration.
• Sign the API agreement, which can be fsound on the Authentication page of the API For Developers section of spivi.com

Once the integration is applied:

• Your classes must be created using GymMaster's platform.
• Your members will need to book their classes through GymMaster's platform.

The Spivi system will then load your classes that are scheduled for today on the main menu screen of the software. 

Once the instructor selects any scene from the main menu (and they are within 30 minutes of the scheduled class time), Spivi will take care of the rest.

• Spivi accounts will be generated for any members that do not already have a Spivi account.
• Members will be logged into the workout automatically based on the registration list of the class on GymMaster.
• Members will receive an after class post workout summary report via email at the end of the workout.
