This page provides the basic information on how to setup and use your personal account on Spivi®. In order to manage your personal information go to www.spivi.com
Log in to your Spivi® user account and navigate to Account & Settings.
Personal Information section allows you to set and update your user information.
- Identity: Set your name, gender, date of birth, nickname, location and display name settings. Press the lock icon to define different display settings for each field, choose between Hidden (Private)/Visible to Friends/Visible to Friends of Friends/Visible to Local Gym Members/Visible to Club Members/Visible to Everyone. Make Sure to Save Changes.
- Profile Picture: Upload your public profile photo. You can also remove your picture or use your Facebook profile picture.
- Facilities: Set the facilities and fitness clubs where you are a member.
- Body weight and Height: Set your body weight and height in order for Spivi® to calculate your caloric needs and workout caloric data.
- FTP, LTHR. MHR and RHR: Set your Functional Threshold Power, Lactate Threshold Heart Rate, and Resting Heart Rate. You can set both your FTP and LTHR manually or let Spivi® set them for you.
- Email Address: You can add a new email address to your account settings, we will confirm your email address by sending you a confirmation email to that address. Note that your primary email address is used by the Spivi network as your account name, therefore you can update your primary email address. Press the lock icon to define different display settings for your email address, choose between Hidden (Private)/Visible to Friends/Visible to Friends of Friends/Visible to Local Gym Members/Visible to Club Members/Visible to Everyone.
- Change Password: Create a new password for your Spivi User account.
- Download Your Information: Download a copy of your Spivi information at any time. You can download all of it at once, or you can select only the types of information you want.
- Delete Account: Use this option to permanently delete your account.
