Step 1: Navigate to spivi.com and click “Log In”

Step 2: Select “Forgot Password”
 

Step 3: Type in your email address that is associated with your Spivi/Facebook account, and click “Submit Address”
 

Step 4: Check your email and click “Reset Password”
 

Step 5: Type in your new password and select “Reset Password”
