A member who is suspended will not be able to book a class online.

How to suspend a member from making new reservations:

To suspend a member from making new reservations, go to the My Studio page, and click Manage Club Members.
Underneath the member you would like to suspend, click the Suspend new reservations link as seen in the image above.

How to lift a booking suspension from a member:

If you would like to remove a booking suspension from a member, go to the My Studio page, and click Manage suspended members.
A list of all members you or your staff has asked to prevent from booking online will appear. You can remove members from this list by clicking on the Remove from booking suspension list link below each name.
