Spivi offers an auto-emailing service that sends out an email to club members when a certain condition is met.

In order to customize these emails that are automatically generated and sent to your club members, please select an auto-email to edit from the drop-down list
- Performance Email This is sent to club members that have just completed a Spivi class. It includes the class name, amount of calories burned, average and max power generated, total energy produced, average and max cadence, and total Spivi points earned.
- Reservation Confirmations This is a confirmation email that is sent to club members that have just booked a class online or through the Spivi mobile app.
- Reservation Cancellation Notifications This is sent to club members if they have recently canceled a reservation to a class.
- Challenge Join Notifications This is sent to club members when they join an inner club challenge.
- Challenge Rank Change (up) Notifications This is sent to a club member whose rank has increased during an inner club challenge.
- Challenge Rank Change (down) Notifications This is sent to a club member whose rank has decreased during an inner club challenge
- Challenge End Notifications This notifies all inner club challenge participants that the challenge has ended, choose the specific system.
- Milestone This is sent to club members when they've completed a milestone.
- New Award Notifications This is sent to club members when they've achieved a new award.
- Spivi Loyalty Program - Welcome Email This is sent to club members when they join the Spivi Loyalty Program.
- Spivi Loyalty Program - Auto Email to Referrals This is sent to the person who's been referred to your club by a friend.
- Spivi Loyalty Program - Achieving New Eligibility This is sent to a club member when they earn enough SLP points to purchase a new perk.
- Spivi Loyalty Program - Getting a New Voucher This is sent to a club member when they purchase a perk.
- New FTP results This is sent out to a club member when they're FTP score has improved.
Once you have selected the auto-email you would like to edit, you will be given the option of changing the business reply to name, business reply to email address, and the email subject as seen below:
- The “Business reply to email address” default is spivi-network@spivi.com
- The “Business reply to name” default is Spivi
- If you would like to change this to your clubs name/email, please click on "Branding Packages" located in the My Studio page of spivi.com.
You can now edit the body of the email.

Once you have finished making edits to your club's Auto Emails, be sure to click the SAVE option at the bottom of the page!
