The bike usage heatmap allows club managers to easily detect which bikes are being used more frequently than others.
To view the bike usage heatmap, please navigate to the My Studio page and click Bike Usage Heatmap.
A green icon indicates that the bike is being used the least, while a red icon indicates that the bike is being used the most.
When you hover over a bike spot with your mouse, you will see the working hours, bike sensor, and the battery hours.
- Working Hours: This is the amount of hours that have been logged on the bike during an active Spivi session.
- Bike Sensor: This displays the bike manufacturer, which can be useful for troubleshooting purposes.
- *Battery Hours: This displays the amount of hours the bike sensor’s have been on for. Please note that this value will only appear depending on your bike model and/or you are using compatible external sensors.
This information is useful to determine which bikes may require maintenance. It is recommended to swap bikes around periodically to prevent over-usage of one bike.
Switching Bike Labels:
If you have physically swapped a bike with an already existing bike, please also make the change in the bike usage report. This way, the bike usage report counter will be accurate. You can do this by clicking on the bike spot, and then clicking Switch Labels.
Please note, if you physically switch bikes around, you will also need to update the bike spots in Maintenance Mode to confirm that each bike is paired to the correct spot. You can do this by unpairing any equipment that is currently attached to the bikes you plan to switch, and then pair the correct equipment that corresponds to the appropriate spot
