Please keep in mind that you won't be able to reactivate your account or retrieve anything you've added, and all of your personal information and related data will be removed permanently, including personal information, workout performance data, account settings, fitness club relationships, challenge results, points earned, reward points earned, and related account activity history data.

To delete your Spivi account, log into spivi.com then head over to the Account & Settings page by clicking on your account name at the top of the page.

Scroll down the page, and click on "Delete Account"

Then, click on the red "DELETE ACCOUNT" button.

Lastly, click the red DELETE ACCOUNT button one more time to confirm.

Please note that the account deletion process is an automated process that takes 14 days to complete. The process can be undone by clicking on the "CANCEL DELETION REQUEST" button.

You can also delete your Spivi account by using the Spivi mobile app:

• Navigate to the Settings section on the Spivi mobile app.

• Tap the Profile option

• Scroll down towards the bottom, and tap the Delete User Account option.

• Tap the Delete Account button
