Recover Performance Data

Click the Club Analytics & Reports link on the My Studio page of spivi.com to associate class summary data with a club member profile.

This is useful when a club member didn't login to the system during the class, and you'd like to associate the class summary information with his/her profile.

On the first screen, select the desired class from the Class Summary Reports list.

Click the " ... " option next to the Anonymous rider's performance data, then click on Recover Data. Enter the email address, or name of the member and confirm.

Once a member's profile has been associated, a workout summary report will be sent to the email address.
