WASP is a portable, stand-alone unit that provides a bridge for ANT+/BLE devices to communicate with the Spivi® system wirelessly through the Wi-Fi network.
A WASP error indicates that the system can’t communicate properly with the WASP unit.
- Make sure the WASP unit is connected to a power source.
- Make sure the WASP unit is powered. (The green light will blink twice per second.)
- Restart the router: unplug its power cord and plug it back in again.
- Reboot the WASP unit:
- Unplug the power cable to the WASP unit.
- Press and hold the black power button for 2-3 seconds until the LED lights are off.
- Plug the power cable to the WASP unit back in.
Once the green LED is illuminated and blinks twice per second, and the red LED is solid or flashing, the WASP unit is connected.
Make sure that the unit is connected properly by launching the Main Screen and checking that the WASP Error message is not displayed on the screen.
