CUBO is a portable, stand-alone unit that provides a bridge for ANT+ devices to communicate with the Spivi® system wirelessly through the Wi-Fi network.
CUBO error indicates that the system can’t communicate properly with the CUBO unit.
- Make sure the CUBO unit is connected to a power source.
- Make sure the CUBO unit is powered (The red LED is solid or flashing).
- Restart the router: unplug its power cord and plug it back in again.
- Reboot the CUBO unit:
- Unplug the power cable from the CUBO unit.
- Turn off the unit by pressing and holding the power button for 2-3 seconds until the LED lights are off.
- Plug back the power cable to the CUBO unit.
- At this point, the unit will try to restore the connection with the Spivi® system.
Once the green LED is illuminated and blinks once per second, and the red LED is solid or flashing, the CUBO unit is connected.
Make sure that the unit is connected properly by launching the Main Screen and checking the CUBO Error message is not displayed on the screen.
