Please follow the steps below to set up your Rental/Loaner HR monitors. This is a one-time setup process.
- Download and install the Spivi Sensor Pairing app onto your front desk computer. (Mac/Windows)
- Connect the ANT+ USB stick to the front desk computer.
- Launch the Spivi Sensor Pairing app.
- Turn ON one of your rental Heart Rate monitors and wear it. (You should only pair one HR monitor with Spivi at a time).
- Click Next on the Spivi Sensor Pairing app to scan for nearby active HR monitors.
- Take note of the Device ID from the Spivi Pairing App that is displayed above the HR data
Please note: If you see more than one sensor listed here, try covering your HR monitor with your hand. The green circle should disappear indicating the correct HR sensor to pair.
- Open a web browser (Google Chrome) and navigate to spivi.com > My Studio > Manage Rental/Loaner HR Sensors (Straps) page.
- Add the HR monitor to your list of HR straps by clicking the ADD NEW SENSOR button.
- Input the Device ID found from the Spivi Sensor Pairing app into the Sensor ID field.
- Type in a Sensor Alias, for example "HRM 1, HRM 2, etc."
- Repeat these steps until you've added all of your Rental HR monitors
Once you have set up all of your Rental HR monitors, renting them out is just a click away!
To rent a HR monitor to your member, simply click on the RENT/LOAN button next to the HR monitor you wish to rent, then type in the member's name or email address and confirm.
Once a member returns the HR monitor, click on the RETURN button to make this HR monitor available again for rent.
