System Does Not Respond to Controller – Spivi

Make sure the wireless receiver is connected to the Spivi^® computer and the green LED is lit steadily.
Make sure the controller is powered on by pressing the Guide button.
(The Guide button is the round button with the green “X” near the center of the controller.)
Make sure that there are no metal objects that can interfere with the wireless channel between the receiver and the controller.
Make sure the controller is within a range of 30 feet (9 meters) from the wireless receiver.
Pair the controller with the Spivi^® computer. Read more on: How to Pair Your Controller.
Disconnect the wireless receiver from the Spivi^® computer, then plug it back in.
Controller buttons sometimes malfunction from moisture. If you suspect wetness, then we suggest trying to dry the controller.
Replace the batteries in the controller.
Restart the Spivi^® computer.
