MINDBODY - Interface Options – Spivi

Linked to your MINDBODY account, Spivi^® will provide the front-end interface so your members can sign-in to your classes as they’re configured on MINDBODY.

The following properties can be configured:

Class schedule display type.
Days ahead your classes list should be displayed.
The hours before the event begins that members can sign up.
The MINUTES before the event begins that a member is not able to cancel the reservation.
Enabling new users signup option.
Enabling user Checkout in widget menus.
Display/hide the “Buy Now” link from the top menu.
Set an external page to link the “Buy Now” top menu link.
Set a direct link to MINDBODY’s Membership page.
Display/hide the “Account Balance” link from the top menu.
Set currency symbol.
Let people sign-up for classes regardless of their account balance on MINDBODY.
Allow people with zero balance to review the studio layout.
If people have zero balance, redirect them automatically to the “Buy Now” page.
Enable email notifications from Spivi^® on class reservations.
Auto-assign bikes to members who reserved their classes from MINDBODY.*
Show single class/single price items on the “Buy Now” page.
Use a default password for new Spivi^® accounts created by MINDBODY.

* We recommend Setting the “Auto-assign bikes” option on YES, to force Spivi^® to assign available bikes randomly to each member who booked a class directly from MINDBODY or from any other 3rd party applications.

In addition to these options, you can select the Checkout options which offered items from MINDBODY will be displayed on the widgets. This is useful if you have defined some items for purchase and you don’t want them to be available online for your members.

NOTE: When you add items on MindBody, enter this page, click on reload checkout items and check the new items you wish to display on the Buy Now option.
