On the Class Scheduler – Instructors Metadata page on My Studio dashboard, you can associate instructors’ names (as received from the MINDBODY scheduler) with their Spivi user accounts. This allows Spivi to log them in automatically when a class starts.
The attributes will be shown on the Class Scheduler web-widget on your website, on Spivi app and on Spivi screen before class starts. In addition Spivi offers Instructors Page web-widget that you can embed easily on your studio website and add instructors’ bio, photo and links.
Class Scheduler – Instructors Metadata
- Widget Color – Use the color pickers to set a specific color for each instructor, to help your members easily identify which classes are run by each instructor.
- Instructor Alias – Alias will be used instead of real name on your studio scheduler, leave empty if not used.
- Spivi User Account – Select the appropriate Spivi user account for each instructor if you want Spivi to log them in automatically when class starts. If you don’t see your instructors on the list you need to ask them to create a Spivi account and set them as an instructor on the “Manage members” attribute.
Instructors Page Web-Widget attributes:
- Visible – Check which are the instructors who should be displayed in the Instructors’ List filtering option and on the Instructors Page web-widget.
- Bio, Photo & Links – Add information on your instructors to display on the Instructor Page web-widget.
- To turn on the Instructors page on the mobile app check the box above the instructors list:
