The Spivi Class Scheduler page allows you to create, configure and manage your classes online.
Select “Class Scheduler - Edit the Weekly Schedule” on the My Studio page to use the built-in Spivi® Scheduler module.
The page provides you with the following options:

1. Add Class To The Schedule
On the Spivi Class-Scheduler, you can add all classes types, not only Spivi classes.
To add a class to your schedule, select the Add a New Class tab.
When creating a class, the following properties can be configured:
- Event Name (For example: “Ride and Shine”).
- Class Schedule: Check the box for all classes that will appear on the schedule.
- Event Color: Choose a different color for each class type (Pilates, HIIT, Spivi Cycling class, Virtual Spivi Cycling class, etc.)
- Online Booking: Check the box to allow members to register for the class online.
- Maximum Attendees: Depends on the class type and the facility. Leave empty for unlimited attendees.
- Registration Time Frame: Insert time (in hours) before the event begins that a user can register.
- Cancellation Window: Insert time (in minutes) before the event begins that a member is allowed to cancel.
- Spivi Class: Check if the class uses the Spivi system. If you have more than one Spivi system, choose the specific system.*
- Studio Layout: You can select which studio layout you would like to use, if you have multiple layouts saved. To prevent booking issues, do NOT change the layout of an already existing class.
- Virtual Instructor Guided: Use this to schedule a Virtual instructor guided class when you do not have a live instructor present.
- Spivi Replay Class: Use this to schedule a Replay class of a previously recorded class. No live instructor is needed.
- Spivi Remote Class: Use this to schedule a class that runs at another one of your locations.
- Open Class Mode: When enabled, the system will automatically start the workout at the specified time.
- Live HOme Users: Use this to enable users from home to join your workouts using the Spivi.Home software.
- Date & Time: This is a fixed weekly class scheduler. Once you’ve added a class, it will show up every week at the same time.
- Instructor: Choose the instructor for the class. Read more about how to ADD INSTRUCTORS.
- Instructor Display Name: Add the instructor’s name/nickname as it will display on the schedule and the Spivi system.
- Venue Name: Add the location of the class at the studio. For Example: “Main spinning room”.
- Location: Studio’s address.
- Description Agenda: You can add the event’s details, and it will display on the event page.
- Who should attend? The default for this option is “Club members”, but you can also change it if you are planning a private event, or if you want to create an open event for the public. When choosing the Private Event option, a new box will appear with the event password. Members will need to use the password to sign for the class. You can choose your password and update it in the box.
* When checked, the Spivi system will sync the registration data and show registered members on the screen.
2. Set A Spivi® Class With Virtual Instructor
To set a Spivi class with virtual instructor, fill in the following options:
- Check “Spivi Class ?” box.
- Check “This is a Virtual Spivi Cycling Class, no live instructor presents” box.
- Choose Virtual Instructor from the instructor’s list.
- Select the workout Program Type from the following available options:
1. Heart Rate & Cadence: This type of program defines goals in terms of % Max HR and RPM.
2. Power & Cadence: This type of program defines goals in terms of %FTP and RPM*. - Once you press Publish Event, the class will appear on the Scheduler.
* Using this type of program requires power sensors equipped bikes.
For each day, all scheduled classes will appear on Spivi® in the studio, on the right side of the screen, before starting a session. Virtual Class starts automatically on the defined time.
3. Edit Class/ Remove Class From The Schedule
You can edit or delete classes by selecting it on Class Schedule manager.
Complete the process by pressing Save Changes or Delete.
4. Class Schedule Widget
Once you have a fully-configured schedule, you can click the Widget Options to design your Class Scheduler page

On the My Studio page, select Embedding the Widget to copy the widget code to your webpage and display the schedule on your website.
5. Advanced Scheduler Options
Navigate to advanced options by clicking Set Advanced Scheduler Options on the Class scheduler management page.
The page provides you the following options:
- Enable and publish class schedule.
- Select the first day of the week to display.
- Edit scheduler widget display type.
