Manage Existing Classes on the Spivi Class Scheduler

Click the Events button on the My Studio page of spivi.com to view your upcoming classes and registration lists.

NOTE: In this page, the events that appear on the list are the classes from the Spivi Class Scheduler. If you create one-time events for your club, they will also display here.    

Edit Class

• Sign up to this event: Any member can go to this Events page, and sign themself up for classes.
• Registration List: The Registration List will appear on the screen and display the following:
  • Members' name and profile number
  • Spot number
  • The instructor, at the end of the list (spot #99)

• Cancel Event: This option allows you to cancel the current event. If the event is a class on the Spivi Class Scheduler, it will not delete the following classes from the schedule.

Click on the class name for more edit options.

• Edit event: Click on 'Edit event' to view and edit the event.
• Delete Event: Use this option to delete the class completely from the club's Class Scheduler. If you just want to cancel this current event, check the Cancel Event option above.
• Edit Registration list: Use this option to manually book a members to a class, change seats around, cancel reservations, or to suspend new reservations for a specific member5

View past/ upcoming events

On the Events page, choose a specific date to view past or future classes.

Create a new Event/ Class

• Post new event: Create a new class on your Spivi Class Scheduler or to post an event for the club.
• Edit Class Scheduler: Clicking on this link will direct you to the Spivi Class Scheduler. Here, you can view your club's schedule and edit it
