A Network Error message indicates that the system can’t communicate properly with Spivi® cloud services over the internet.
- Make sure you have the internet connection in the studio working properly.
- Make sure the router is connected to the power outlet and is powered on.
- Make sure that a proper network cable is connected between the router WAN port (blue) and the internet infrastructure.
This can be a wall-mounted RJ45 socket, another router, or a network switch. - Make sure that a proper network cable is connected between the router LAN port (yellow) and the Spivi® computer.
- Restart the router: unplug its power cord and plug it in again.
